HARMONY 2026 was a codefest-style meeting of the Computational Modeling in Biology Network, COMBINE, focused on advancing community standards, interoperability, and infrastructure across systems biology, synthetic biology, and related fields. Rather than emphasizing formal presentations, the meeting prioritized hands-on development, collaborative problem solving, and practical progress on shared software and standards.

HARMONY 2026 was held at the University of Auckland and was co-located with the 2026 Cardiopulmonary Physiome Workshop as part of the Auckland Human Digital Twin Meetings, hosted by the Auckland Bioengineering Institute from February 2 to 12, 2026.

Local organizers included David Nickerson, Weiwei Ai, Jarrah Dowrick, Alan Garny, and Hugh Sorby.

This playlist captures selected recordings and materials from HARMONY 2026, highlighting the collaborative work and technical development that took place in Auckland.
