Version 1 of the SBML Level 3 package for Groups has been ratified!

This release brings support for SBML Level 2 Version 5, identifiers.org references, SBML extensions such as the new flux balance constraints (FBC) package and the groups extension, an improved user interface and several bug fixes.

SBMLsqueezer can now deal with Level 2 Version 5 and Level 3 Version 1 including all current extension packages.
