The “Computational Modeling in Biology” Network (COMBINE) is an initiative to coordinate the development of the various community standards and formats in systems biology and related fields. COMBINE 2025 will be a workshop-style event hosted at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA.

COMBINE 2025 will take place 20 – 23 October 2025 on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Pyle Center (702 Langdon St., Madison, WI), within walking distance of hotels, downtown Madison, the state capitol, and Lake Mendota. In addition to great talks, breakouts and meetings, there will be much to enjoy in Madison: food (known for the cheese and beer), football, lakes, great bike trails, museums, and one of the largest outdoor farmers markets in the USA. Many restaurants are within walking distance of campus and venue.

Registration is open for COMBINE 2025 – please be sure to register before September 28 to avoid the late registration fee. Abstract submission is also open for breakout sessions, tutorials, lightning talks, and posters. All information, including important dates, local travel, and discounted conference hotels, is available at: https://co.mbine.org/events/.

We are very pleased to be able to announce that travel funding is now available to support trainee participation in the COMBINE 2025 workshop. Please see https://co.mbine.org/events/ for information and the application form – students and postdocs are encouraged to apply as soon as possible!
